Video: Dog Occupies Tree House at Occupy LA
With so much drama in the DTLA, we had little choice but to make today's video lunch another Occupy L.A. raid update.
Four protesters - all part of the group Sovereign Nation - remained in and on top of a makeshift tree house at City Hall Park early this morning until the dreaded cherry picker plucked them from their perches. A fifth furry occupier was also discovered inside - a dog named Lucky.
NBC4 captured footage of an LAPD officer carrying Lucky from his sanctuary to animal services. Commander Smith, the man of many answers, told NBC4 that the dog would be returned to its rightful owner.
