Oh, SNAP, Kim Kardashian! Looks like those rumors of you faking your short-lived marriage to basketball player Kris Humphries may carry some substance after all. We smell a rotten, rotten, expensive sham.

Humphries filed for an annulment from Kardashian today on the basis of fraud. People Magazine reports that in his Superior Court filing, Humphries marked the box "nullity of voidable marriage" and checked the basis box "fraud."

California law grants a nullity if the court finds that no valid marriage occurred. Along with fraud, other grounds for annulment include bigamy, incest, force or if the couple are under the age of consent.

The duo dated for a whopping six months, were engaged for a quick three months and tied the knot in August 2011. 72 days later, Kardashian filed for divorce. Humphries' paperwork says that if he is denied an annulment, he wants a legal separation - not a divorce.

A source close to Kardashian told TMZ, "Kim loved Kris and the marriage was legit, but just fell apart in short order."

In addition to her failed marriage, Kardashian was slapped with the title of "Most Annoying Celebrity" and faces a petition seeking to cancel her reality show "Keeping Up With The Kardashians." We can't promise that would ruin our day.
