Miley Cyrus: "You know you're a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake — you know you smoke way too much f***ing weed"

Miley Cyrus is a stoner and she doesn't care who knows it.

Cyrus was at the Roosevelt Hotel last week celebrating her 19th birthday, when she was caught on tape talking about what a major pothead she is.

"You know you're a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake — you know you smoke way too much fucking weed," Cyrus says on video captured by The Daily (and embedded from Perez Hilton).

A picture of Cyrus smoking from a bong surfaced last year, but at the time she claimed it was salvia. Kelly Osbourne jokes about this in the video: "I thought salvia was your problem, Miley?"

File this under: not surprising unless you're shocked by child stars who fail to live up to a squeaky clean image promoted by Disney.

I say good for her! There's nothing wrong with smoking a J or taking a bong rip here & there; better pot then crack I always say. I think most prescription drugs (I.e. anti depressants, sleep medication, even blood pressure medicine) does a lot more damage to the body than canibus. Do your thing girl!! :)
