Charles Phoenix, Bullet Casings & O.J.'s Last Stop: the Great Los Angeles Walk in Photos

Some of the hardiest, most adventurous Angelenos laced up their shoes yesterday and partook in the annual Great Los Angeles Walk that wound through nearly 20 miles of downtown, Hollywood, Beverly Hills and Santa Monica.

Local funny guy Charles Phoenix kicked off the walk, and along the way trekkers found bullet casings, an alternative Walk of Fame and even the chance to stop in for a martini lunch at Musso & Franks. Some of the hardy souls who made it the entire way were rewarded by dipping their blistered feet in the Pacific Ocean.
