MTV's "The Real World" has never been known as a bastion of purity. But according to a lawsuit filed by one former cast member, things got out of hand one night, and the whole thing was caught on tape.

TMZ reports that Tonya Cooley, who originally starred on "The Real World" Chicago" is suing MTV, Bunim/Murray Productions, Kenneth Santucci, Evan Starkman and others, stating that she was sexually assaulted by a group of male cast members during filming of "The Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Ruins." She alleges that while cameras were rolling, they "rubbed the toothbrush around [her] genitals, including rubbing her labia and inserting the toothbrush into [her] vagina."

Cooley said that producers knew, replaced the toothbrush -- which belonged to another cast member -- and then, did nothing.

In the suit, she also alleges that dudes on the show were encouraged to touch girls on the show inappropriately, including one instance where the girls had their bathing suits stripped off and guys were prodded to grope them.
