Fullerton Molester Brothers Bribed Young Girls With Candy & Ice Cream
Brothers Cristobal Ortiz Rodriguez, 35, and Eduardo Ortiz Rodriguez, 33, shared a lot of things throughout the years. They even shared their love for molesting young girls in their Fullerton neighborhood. Both men were charged this week with sexually molesting a 3-year-old and a 7-year-old on repeated occasions.
In August, the 7-year-old girl reported the alleged abuse to a family member, prompting an investigation which revealed that the alleged molestation occurred from May 2010 to August of this year. The men were arrested in late August.
The girls were allegedly molested in a converted garage by the men, who were sometimes together, sometimes separate. Prosecutors said the brothers gave the girls candy and ice cream to keep them quiet.
The Rodriguez brothers are scheduled for court today, facing allegations of lewd acts on a lewd acts on a child, sexual penetration of a child and a sentencing enhancement allegation of committing a sexual crime against more than one victim. They are each being help on $1 million bail.
