Prosecutors Display Michael Jackson Autopsy Photo

Prosecutors in the involuntary manslaughter case against Conrad Murray, Michael Jackson's doctor, showed a harrowing autopsy photo of the late King of Pop today. The trial began on September 27 and has since released photos and audio surrounding the late MJ and the events that transpired before, during and after his death.

Today's imagery shows a dead Jackson lying on a hospital gurney. TMZ posted the image this afternoon, stating that it was taken "moments after the singer died."

Another photo revealed by prosecutors shows Jackson's arm and tiles beside his body reading August 25th, 2009. The autopsy doctor Christopher Rogers claims the date was wrong and should have read June 25, 2009.
