A couple in Anaheim that makes porn is being accused by the IRS of not paying taxes on their full income or their company's full income, reports the OC Register.
Oscar Macias, 36, and Catherine Shihad, 34, who together provided "live adult entertainment to cash-paying customers," according to the Register, recently plead guilty to falsifying tax documents. Macias plead guilty to filing false individual income tax returns, leaving off about $33,000 in income.
Shihad plead guilty to filing a false tax return on behalf of the company the couple worked for, Universal Media Management. The IRS estimates that the company failed to report about $140,000.
If convicted, they could both face up to three years in jail and a $250,000 fine.
