Actor Tom Sizemore Arrested Tuesday Morning in L.A.

Actor Tom Sizemore, star of "Saving Private Ryan" and "Black Hawk Down," was arrested Tuesday morning in L.A. Though the 49-year-old troubled actor has a dark history of substance abuse and domestic violence arrests, Sizemore did not have drugs on him at the time of his arrest.

LAPD officials arrested Sizemore around 2:30am on an outstanding warrant for misdemeanor battery while conducting a narcotics investigation at an apartment that did not belong to the actor.

Sizemore has since been released after posting $26,000 bail.
