Fox Sports Cancels 'The College Experiment' After Dabbling in Ethnic Mockery at USC

Fox Sports canceled "The College Experiment" immediately after airing a Pac-12 segment that was highly criticized for mocking University of Southern California (USC) Asian students.

Lou D'Ermilio, Fox Sports Network spokesman, stated that the segment was "clearly offensive and inconsistent with the standards FOX Sports believes in, and we sincerely regret that it appeared," according to L.A. Now. He also noted that the network is actively working to ensure that an "incident of this nature is not repeated in the future." We wonder what Bob Oschack's next assignment will be.

Check out the video for yourselves, and let us know what you think. Offensive? Perpetuating negative stereotypes? All in good fun?

  • Can you clarify? I'm sorry, but what I infer from what you said is, "I think its kind of funny. And as a former USC student, it's pretty dead-on....that every Asian student speaks with an accent."

Which reflects poorly on your character if true, so I hope not.

  • I think its kind of funny. And as a former USC student, it's pretty dead-on.

  • Won't make an argument for it being offensive, but it surely wasn't very funny (if that's what they were going for?).

  • Ditto.

    Offensive ...no

    Stupid and boring ...yes
