Man Caught Masturbating While Watching Toddler Playing in Kiddie Pool

Police in El Segundo are searching for a Peeping Tom, who was caught masturbating while he watched a little girl playing in a kiddie pool over the weekend.
The little girl and her father didn't notice the man spying through the fence, but a witness caught him in the act and caught him on tape, The Daily Breeze reports.
Police described the suspect as a thirty-something white dude with medium build and short brown hair. He wore a black T-shirt and blue jeans.
