The 7-month-old baby boy allegedly tossed by his mother from the fourth story of an Orange County parking structure has died. Noe Medina, Jr. had been on life support, and medical officials had cautioned he might not make it through due to the extent of his injuries.

Sonia Hermosillo, the infant's 31-year-old mother, appeared in court this morning however her arraignment on charges of attempted murder and felony child abuse has been delayed until mid-September.

Hermosillo's husband and father of their three children, Noe Medina, says his wife was struggling to accept their son's disability. The baby was born with congenital muscular torticollis — a twisting of the neck to one side — and he wore a helmet to correct his plagiocephaly, also known as flat-head syndrome.

This lady is sick. If she is illegal she needs to be deported or if she is legal she needs to be put away for LIFE! God have mercy on her!! She
so selfish not only did she lose one child but the rest of her children have no mother now. She could have given the baby up for adoption!! What a shame! She disgusts me! The baby is now in heaven where God is taking care if him.
