Man Crushed to Death by Circular Knitting Machine at American Apparel
A fatal industrial accident at American Apparel in Garden Grove leaves one man dead.
Tuan Phan, a 49-year-old machine operator, was crushed by a circular knitting machine, reports OC Register. He died approximately 30 minutes after the incident.
Fire personnel received a call at 2:39pm on Friday "of a person stuck in machine." Phan was pronounced dead at the West Anaheim Medical Center at 3:12pm.
