'Peace to the Po-Po': 'Kid' Arrest Was a Paperwork Goof

Christopher "Kid" Reid of the 90s rap group Kid 'n Play was hauled in yesterday by the Los Angeles Police Department, much to many people's surprise--including Kid himself! Turns out it was all a big mistake; Reid's arrest is being attributed to a "clerical error."

Upon release, Reid told TMZ he had been "the victim of messy paperwork at the LAPD." He even told their cameras he wasn't ruffled by the flub, adding: "I love L.A. Peace to the Po-Po."

TMZ also unearthed info yesterday about Reid's 2010 arrest for a DUI, to which he pled "no contest."
