Male Trio Steals $20K Of Medical Marijuana From Courier
A thieving male trio is at large after stealing $20k worth of medical marijuana from a deliveryman in Fullerton, reports CBS LA.
The suspects painted a green cross on the wall of an industrial complex in the 1100 block of East Elm Avenue, denoting a medical marijuana dispensary, to trick the courier who came from Oakland to Fullerton.
Upon arrival around 3:20pm, the courier was jumped by the three men. He suffered only a minor cut to the head.
The robbers escaped with approximately nine pounds of marijuana, totaling a street value of about $20k. They also swiped the victim's cell phone.
