A woman who attended a party at the Playboy Mansion in 2008 claims that she was clocked in the nose while there, then promptly escorted to a bus, reports TMZ.

Alessandra Mendes says that German rapper Giwar Hajabi, a.k.a. Xatar, was drunk and disorderly on the dance floor during the party, which was being held to promote a drink called Stander (promotion: achieved), and that he bumped into her and her friend. When she asked him to stand down, she says, he pulled her hair, stepped on her toes and then punched her in the nose.

Mendes is now suing Playboy, Hajabi and Stender.

    Hmm....
Whenever something like this happens (i.e., the lawsuit), I always wonder why the plaintiff took so long to get around to it.  I mean, hell - if most of us got punched in the face by someone who was drunk and disorderly, wouldn't we be contacting a lawyer on the way to the ER?  ("We" meaning most litigious Americans....)
