Several Hurt After Tow Truck Crashes into Yoshinoya Restaurant on Beverly

One person was in critical condition and six others were treated and released after a tow truck collided with a car before crashing into a building in the Wilshire Center neighborhood, LAFD Battalion Chief Fred Mathis told KNX 1070.

The incident took place around 10:40 a.m., when a flatbed tow truck with a pickup truck on its bed crashed into the front of the Yoshinoya restaurant at 4202 W. Beverly Blvd., according to the AP.

Traffic remains heavy on Beverly on both sides of Normandie as an investigation continues.
