White House staffers may have lulled the Twitterverse to the deepest depths of boredom with a live #WHCHAT on fiscal policy. But the potentially never ending back and forth was punctuated with an interrobang.
It turns out the White House may actually have a debt-ceiling Plan B and it involves bringing back the hilariously annoying Internet meme of 2007-8.
