Los Angeles Residents, LADWP Wants To Hear From You
Water and power rates have been the subject of much discussion this summer, and Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) is seeking customer input on its future.
The online survey of seven questions takes just five minutes, claims LADWP, and contains information on the department's current challenges, basic needs and options for strategic investments they could make over the next three years.
Information on LADWP's rates process is available on their website.
Residents also have the opportunity to provide additional comments at the end of the survey.
