The LA County Board of Supervisors are really pissed that someone shot a known pot dealer -- so much so that they're offered a $10,000 reward for any information that leads to a conviction.

The Long Beach Press-Telegram reports that Supervisor Don Knabe hopes the money will entice reluctant witnesses to break their silence on the murder of Philip Williamson, 29, in Long Beach on March 24. He's believed to have had as much as $500,000 and several pounds of pot at the time.

Those with info are encouraged to call Long Beach police homicide Detectives Scott Lasch or Donald Goodman at (562) 570-7244.
