Won't You Be My Neighbor From Hell, Chris Brown?

West Hollywood condo owners, beware. Chris Brown could be your neighbor, and he is allegedly "the neighbor from hell," as reported by TMZ earlier this morning.

Not only is the 22-year-old R&B artist blasting music, partying and racing dogs in the hallways during all hours of the day and night, he steers his luxury rides into handicapped parking spaces. This scenario sounds remarkably similar to another tale of an L.A. celebrity in his early twenties.

TMZ received several photos of Brown's vehicles parked in marked disabled spots and reports that the City has ticketed the singer numerous times for such violation.

Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, commented that the deed clearly shows the two spaces belong to Chris, but the developer failed to disclose the spots were reserved for handicapped persons.

Apparently, giant blue squares displaying the national handicapped symbol fail to warn able-bodied drivers that they, by law, are forbidden to park on top of the stick figure in a wheelchair.

A recent vandalism reported to TMZ stated "C.B." was carved on the elevator door of the building.

It's a beautiful day in West Hollywood. A beautiful day for a nightmarish neighbor.

That looks more like a stencil used for painting the handicapped symbol, than the symbol itself.

  • I hate to be the one defending chris brown, but oftentimes there are handicapped parking spaces in apartment complex parking garages that when no handicapped people live in the building, that handicapped space is assigned to someone else.  That does not defend being a loud obnoxious a-hole at all hours of the night.

Its not necessarily for tenants. Visitors may need that spots. Maybe somebody within the complex has someone with a disability coming over. In either case that is a very douchy move. Especially if he is already assigned two parking spots.

Funny. They tow others people's cars in a heartbeat. So celebrity means your physically disabled somehow. OK.

if chris brown can admit that he is disabled, why can't the world accept it?

    Stop ticketing.  TOW.
