Up thirteen percentage points from 2010, L.A. scored a proud 88% this year.

Evidently, Chicago, who scored an impressive 99%, is the most honest city in America, with Boston, Seattle and Dallas trailing closely behind at 97%. New Yorkers proved most dishonest at 86%.

Washington, D.C., a city rampant with politics, scored a surprising 91%.

Below are the final results.

Chicago - 99%
Boston - 97%
Seattle - 97%
Dallas - 97%
Atlanta - 96%
Philadelphia - 96%
Cincinnati - 95%
San Francisco - 93%
Miami - 92%
Washington, D.C. - 91%
Los Angeles - 88%
New York - 86%

All money collected yesterday - nearly $5,000 - will be matched by Honest Tea and donated to three nonprofit organizations.
