To Live & Dine (In) LA: Angeleno to Honor City's Best Chefs & Restaurants

Angeleno Magazine has revealed the publication's picks for the creme de la creme of local chefs and restaurants, and now it's time to party. Their 9th Annual Restaurant Awards, the Live & Dine LA Event, will be celebrated in grand (and delicious) style this Sunday, July 24th, and the public is welcome to get themselves a ticket and bring their appetites.

The event will include the presentation of awards to winners like Sotto (Best Dish), A-Frame (Best New Restaurant), Julian Cox of Playa (Best Mixologist), Eveleigh (Best Atmosphere) and others, but more importantly the summer evening will include a robust sampling of delicious eats and drinks.

Confirmed chefs include Victor Casanova (Culina), Roy Choi (A-Frame), David Féau (The Royce), Ray Garcia (FIG Restaurant), Suzanne Goin (Tavern), Tim Goodell (Public Kitchen & Bar), Jordan Kahn (Red Medicine), Bryant Ng (Spice Table), Zach Pollack (Sotto), Kris Yenbamroong (Night + Market) and many others.

The event proceeds will benefit PS Arts, which is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children by bringing arts education to underserved schools and their communities.

We've definitely enjoyed this event before: Angeleno Magazine Celebrates the City's Best Chefs with a Fun Night Out (2010); A Chef's Night Out: Part One & Part Two (2009). And we'll definitely be there this Sunday, too.
