Maitre D', More Carmageddon, Please: Diners Cheers To 405 Freeway Stunt

Resident plankers reaped the benefits of Carmageddon's 405 shutdown this past weekend, making headlines on local news sites and blogs.
But one trio raised their glasses on the actual freeway, and with them, the bar for Carmageddon stunts.
Submitted by a tipster, the above photo shows three brave locals clinking wine glasses on the deserted 405 freeway around 5:30am on Sunday morning. This feat was accomplished in a mere 60 seconds, according to our tipster. "Only a pretty steep hill and a fence or two had to be hopped," he added.
"Not that was particularly dangerous, but there was a construction crew near us, a helicopter flying over and in the distance you can see police car lights," he said.
Well-done, freeway diners. We'll have seconds.
