4-Year-Old Dies After Falling From Window While Playing on Bunk Bed

A child playing on top of a bunk bed in a third-story apartment has died after falling from the window and landing on the concrete below. 4-year-old Nico Lurie tumbled out of the open window while playing with other kids on the bed at the Marina Del Rey apartment, reports the Daily Breeze. He was rushed to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in Westwood, but succumbed to his injuries this morning. The death is being considered an accident.
