Former Police Chief Received 'No Favorable Treatment' in Dick Pics Case, Say City Officials

After agreeing to a plea deal that kept him off the sex offender registry and out of jail, authorities are insisting that former Huntington Park Police Chief Paul Lawrence Wadley received no favorable treatment by the court.

The OC Register reports that the Anaheim city attorneys who dealt with the case say that it was handled in accordance with the facts:

"The disposition (of the case) was based on the totality of the circumstances," Anaheim city spokeswoman Ruth Ruiz said in a prepared statement released Thursday afternoon. "Mr. Wadley received no favorable treatment."

Wadley was accused of flashing female hikers, as well as leaving pictures of his genitalia on cars and hiking trails. He received three years of probation, as well as 150 hours of community service.
