Giovanni Ramirez, the Los Angeles Police Department's "prime suspect" in the brutal beating of Bryan Stow, is headed to court this morning for a parole hearing, and, depending on the results, could be released from police custody soon.

At issue is if Ramirez violated the terms of his parole. "Police say they found a gun in the laundry basket in the house where he was arrested," according to ABC7. However, if there is not enough evidence presented to prove the violation, he could be released.

Should Ramirez be released, the LAPD may quickly re-arrest him, provided they have adequate evidence to link him to the Stow beating, which they have yet to procure. At a preliminary parole hearing, the judge briefly touched on the Stow case and noted that at this time the evidence is insufficient.

  • Just Got A Letter From Gio In Jail & Told Me To Tell ALLLL You Haters "I Love You" **Muah! L0L

  • it's easy 2 talk shit when ur safely behind a monitor, Stow must have felt the same while he was running his mouth at dodger stadium, thinkin his "friends" had his back.

  • Yeah this guy is a clown.  I don't know what Bryan's friends were doing but I wouldn't let him get beat down like that if I were his friend.  Slime like this gives the rest of the Latino community a bad name.  He needs to be socked up by three or four people, karmic beating style.

  • Why didn't anyone jump in and help Bryan Stowe when he was getting beat?

This Giovanni guy looks like a wannabe. A neck tattoo and a tear drop? Gimme a break.

We should get together and go jump him, back.

    Just sayin', fair is fair
