Man In Critical Condition After Fight Outside Santa Monica Bar

Police have released a sketch of a suspect wanted in connection with a May 6 assault outside of O’Brien’s Irish Pub & Restaurant in Santa Monica that left a man in critical condition. The 46-year-old victim was reportedly "drunk and collided with the suspect, who became so upset that he began to push the victim and knocked him to the ground," around 1:00 a.m., say police. The man lost consciousness after hitting his head on the concrete and remains in critical condition at a local hospital, reports LA Now.

Police described the suspect as a black man 25 to 30 years old, about 5-foot-10 with a muscular build, wearing a white V-neck shirt and dark jeans. He was accompanied by a white woman in her mid-to-late-20s, about 5-foot-5 and 130 pounds, with long blond hair in a ponytail, wearing a light-colored blouse with shoulder straps. She is not suspected of a crime.
