The LA Times notes that the couple decided to put the house, which they bought in 2009 for $3.25 million, on the market because they've decided to make New York their permanent home.

Built in 1922, photos of the home from its listing at Realtor.com depict a surprisingly classy, grown-up and refined decor in a house owned by a woman known for her penchant for bright pinks and purples and a man known for...um...being Russell Brand.
