Oh, the Insanity! Taco Madness Fans Pick Mexicali As Their Champ

Angelenos are loco for tacos! Pitting taco joint against taco joint in an NCAA March Madness bracket-style vote-off, LA TACO's annual Taco Madness let its insanity loose, and last week found Mexicali Taco Company the victor out of a field that began with 32 contenders.

Said LA TACO of the big showdown:

This was truly a Taco Madness to remember, with some of the closest battles we’ve ever seen. We saw upsets, a breakout underdog, and a final four battle between Ricky’s Fish Tacos and Mariscos Jalisco that became an instant classic. Thousands of votes later, our winner joins Yuca’s and La Estrella as LA’s favorite taco.
