"Monsterpiece Theatre" Tackles a Darn Fine Mystery

There are two questions we must raise first: 1. Who killed Laura Palmer? 2. Where were you on the night of April 8, 1990?

While we can't account for where you were that (fateful) night, History.com, however, explain those two questions:

“Who killed Laura Palmer?” was the question on everyone’s mind on the night of April 8, 1990, when David Lynch’s surreal television drama Twin Peaks premiered on ABC. The naked body of the beautiful blonde homecoming queen was found washed up on a riverbank wrapped in plastic in the show’s opening episode, throwing the residents of the small Pacific Northwestern town of Twin Peaks into a tailspin and kicking off the central plotline of the series.

For your video lunch today, instead of something from "Twin Peaks," we're taking the tribute/spoof/Sesame Street route with this installation of "Monsterpiece Theatre," called "Twin Beaks," in which Cookie Monster attempts to uncover why the town is called "Twin Beaks."
