NY I Love You But You're Bringing Me Down: The Final Sounds Of LCD Soundsystem

LCD Soundsystem is no more. DFA dignitary James Murphy and his beeping band of electro merrymakers said goodbye in arena fashion on Saturday night at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Many people took videos. Here are some of them. Daft Punk did not play at their house. But Arcade Fire did.

Given the mass melancholy surrounding the band's departure, we thought Kermit was best equipped to lighten the mood of today's video lunch. Somehow though, it just makes it seem sadder. Bright side: James Murphy will return for HARD Summer at the Los Angeles State Historic Park in August.
