Today is the Last Day to Register to Vote in March 8 Election
A reminder today from City Clerk June Lagmay that if you want to have your say in the March 8 Primary Nominating Election, today is the last day to register to vote. That means if you've hit the big 1-8 lately, or moved, you've got to get your info in today in order to hit the polls next month.
Your options:
You can register or re-register to vote in person at the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk’s Office, located at 12400 Imperial Highway, Norwalk, CA 90650. You can also register by mail by completing a voter registration form, which can be obtained at the public counter of most Los Angeles City and County buildings, libraries, fire stations, post offices and Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) offices.
Got questions? The City Clerk's Election site has a wealth of helpful info, or you can put in a call to their offices at (213) 978-0444 or toll-free at (888) 873-1000 during office hours (M-F, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
