Tonight In Rock: Lucero, Dawes, Dum Dum Girls, Generationals
The Generationals will be performing tonight at the Satellite | Picture via the Generationals' Myspace
Our Pick: Shadow Shadow Shade, Minks, Generationals, The Black Apples @ The Satellite
Tonight Southern rockers Lucero will be headlining the Echo with none other than local alt-rockers Olin & the Moon (LAist Interview). Local alt-rock act Dawes are slated to perform for free at UCLA's Royce Hall (if you're a student of course).
And, lastly, local garage pop quartet Dum Dum Girls will be gracing the Skybar at the Mondrian. But we strongly suggest heading over to the Satellite to catch New Orleans-bred indie pop act the Generationals. LAist favorites, Shadow Shadow Shade (formerly known as the Afternoons) and NY-based duo Minks are slated to perform as well.
