Raindrops To Keep Falling On Your Head Through The Weekend
We're sorry, sun-worshippers. It looks like the NWS was right about this. According to the National Weather Service's seven day forecast, the gray is upon us and parts of Southern California are expected to get shrpritzed on Tuesday in the first of several rainstorms that should continue through Wednesday, possibly take a break on Thursday and then return Friday to usher in a wet weekend.
NWS Hazardous Weather Outlook for Southern California statement reads,"Occasional light rain will occur through the day across the area creating local roadway hazards...Local heavy rain is possible Wednesday and Friday through Saturday...Very low snow levels will create winter weather hazards on both the Tejon and Soledad passes Friday through Saturday." Snow levels could also drop to 4,000 feet on Wednesday causing travel trouble on the Interstate 5 Grapevine.
