Actress Lindsay Lohan will face a felony charge of grand theft tomorrow, according to LA Now. She is accused of stealing a necklace worth $2,500 from a Venice jewelry store. Lohan is expected to be arraigned tomorrow afternoon, and is not likely to be arrested ahead of her court appearance.

This is the second criminal case to crop up surrounding the actress since her release from jail and rehab; she is "on probation and faces a criminal investigation in Riverside County involving allegations that she shoved a worker at the Betty Ford Center."

A statement issued by Lohan this weekend by her lawyer says she plans to fight the charges in court, but "not in the press."

The necklace in question disappeared from a Venice store on Abbot Kinney. Security video shows Lohan wearing the piece as she browsed the store with her friends. After a search warrant was issued for her Venice home, the necklace was brought in to the area police station by one of her "associates."
