Movie Theater Meat Thermometer Attacker Gets 40+ Years

Landry-Boullard-110.jpg The man convicted last month for stabbing a fellow movie-goer in the neck with a meat thermometer after a heated "shushing" incident has been sentenced to more than 40 years in state prison, according to CBS2. Landry Boullard, 40, has also been "ordered to pay $21,000 in restitution to the victim who became comatose due to a brain injury." Boullard was found guilty of of attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm by a felon. The victim had "shushed" Boullard's companion during a showing of "Shutter Island," for talking on her phone during the film.
