Tonight San Franciscan lo-fi psych-rock quintet Young Prisms will be taking on the Satellite with local post-punk act Twilight Sleep fellow Franciscans, synth-pop outfit Melted Toys. Local rock quintet Night Horse are poised to headline the Echo.
And, lastly, local indie rock quartet Woolen will be gracing the relatively newfangled venue Lot 1 Cafe. But we strongly suggest doing whatever it takes to get into the Autry National Center to catch Los Angeles-by-way-of-Michigan singer-songwriter Benji Schneider, otherwise known as Lord Huron, who will be performing with the famed string quartet Calder Quartet for Brand X’s inaugural L.A. Unheard concert. LAist favorites, local experimental punk outfit Abe Vigoda and indie folk act Gamble House are slated to kick things off.
