Suspect in OC Park Nude Picture Case is Former Police Chief
Paul Lawrence Wadley
Paul Lawrence Wadley is accused of leaving photos of male and female genitalia in the park to be found by park-goers. Earlier last month, a woman came forward to the police to report the incident, and after a community alert was circulated, others also reported their similar experiences. One woman reported that a man exposed himself to her in the park, "lowering his pants to his knees and exposing his genitalia and buttocks."
Using fingerprints left on the graphic images the Anaheim police identified Wadley as their suspect. A search of Wadley's residence revealed other evidence the authorities used to link him to the crimes. Wadley currently appears to be out of the country, though the Anaheim police say that the court's website is mistaken to indicate he is a fugitive.
