The LAPD are hoping that the images, mostly of women, will bring people forward who can identify the women in the photos. They are expecting the process will aid them in determining if there are more "Grim Sleeper" victims.
During their investigation, the LAPD found over 100 photographs in Franklin's home. Franklin was arrested in July after a billboard campaign alerted the public that he was being sought. Franklin earned the moniker the "Grim Sleeper" because of the lengthy pause between sets of killings.
The photos of the women found in Franklin's home will be viewable on the LAPD's website after 1:00 p.m. today.
