Santacon: Drunken carols, Santarchistic activity and city wide holiday beer, err, cheer is just a red hat away. "Santa's journey begins Saturday morning at 11am at Pershing Square. After you check in - head over to Clifton's. We'll pick you up there before we head out. You agree to the rules by showing up at this location in a Santa suit." Even humaniods without a "sleigh pass" are welcome to show up and follow along using public and metro transit. Per their website: Just show up.

The First Jo-el: We're imagining this is like the OK Go backyard dance in a manger, but Billy Joel-ier. This Falcon Theatre production is the story of the nativity told with the help of the music of Billy Joel. "Say Goodbye to Hollywood, and hello to Bethlehem!"

Indie Shopping: Hundreds and hundreds of hip vendors selling handmade goods and foods to fit your creative, arty lifestyle. See? Arty Bazaars & Holiday Pop-Ups: A Guide To Temporary Shops, Shopping Gets Unique & Artisanal in LA This Weekend and also the Renegade Craft Fair.
