This beautiful, indulgent salad of sweet lobster, charred corn, tomatoes, avocado, cotija cheese, buttermilk dressing and bright romaine lettuce (no weedy field greens!) was eaten al fresco by the boats in the Marina Del Rey harbor at Jer-Ne restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton.
