The former head of Death Row Records was wanted on, "a minor traffic warrant issued recently in Beverly Hills, according to Sgt. Shawn Ruda of the sheriffs West Hollywood Station," says KTLA. Knight was brought to West Hollywood, cited, and released after agreeing to appear in court within two months.
According to KTLA, Knight was not doing anything arrest-worthy when police approached him, and, "voluntarily agreed to talk to the deputies."
A warrant was issued for Knight when he did not appear for a court date on Nov. 23 to chat with a judge about two Sept. 23 tickets allegedly involving driving through a stop sign, and operating a vehicle with a suspended license.
