Passenger Says SaMo Cabbie Sexually Assaulted Her
A female taxi passenger says she was the victim of sexual assault by her cabbie, according to CBS2, and authorities in Santa Monica are looking for the suspect.The attack allegedly took place on the evening of November 17th, after the victim hailed the cab on Arizona Avenue and requested a ride to her home. "Police say the cab driver instead took her to the 3000 block of Barnard Way, where he sexually assaulted her."
Now the authorities are asking the public's help in bringing in the suspect. The cabbie is described "as being of Middle Eastern descent, about 56 years old, 5 feet 9 inches tall and 155 pounds with short black and gray hair."
Anyone with information about the suspect or the crime is asked to contact the Santa Monica PD.
