Our Pick: Chasing Kings, Sea of Cortez, The Colourist, Surfwitch @ Silver Lake Lounge

Tonight local experimental two-man band El Ten Eleven will be performing for free, in-store at Origami Vinyl. LA-based garage rock outfit Dirt Dress will be headlining Spaceland. And, lastly, Echo Park's own psych-rockers Black Apples will be gracing the Echo with none other than LA Font, LA-based pop quartet Oh Darling, and Long Beach-bred one-man band Nima Kazeroun, who performs under the pseudonym So Many Wizards. But we strongly suggest heading over to the Silver Lake Lounge to catch local indie rock quintet the Sea of Cortez, who are touring in anticipation of their yet-to-be-released studio debut, 2010's Make It Sound.
