A chill in the air means for those who imbibe it's time to sip on some autumn-inspired cocktails aimed at warming us up from the inside out. Downtown's Drago Centro's bar program, in the hands of Beverage Director Michael Shearin and Head Bartender Jaymee Mandeville, has put together a comprehensive, innovative, and impressive fall cocktail menu.

From the list, our 5 favorites:

  • sera toscana: belle di brillet poire cognac, benedictine, brancaia sangiovese, fresh ginger
  • 5th & fig: bertagnolli grappa, housemade fig syrup, fresh orange juice, fresh lemon
  • rimedio del pazzo: zaya rum, cynar, fresh sage, white peppercorns, fresh orange juice, fresh lime
  • dazed & confused: casa noble crystal tequila, creole shrub, cherry heering, rosemary, angostura orange
  • smokehouse: laphroaig 10 yr scotch, clear creek cranberry, berentzen apfelkorn, fresh apple, fee bros. whiskey barrel bitters, candied bacon
