Troupe to Bring 'Dancing in Public Parks' to Baldwin Hills Overlook

Further information suggests that onlookers will be invited to interact with the artists and the space and join the traveling group of guerrilla dancers in what they’re doing. In fact, this performance is the third in a series of site-specific explorations, following unannounced events at the beach and in a small neighborhood park.
Suarez comes from Venezuelan roots that lengthened in Louisiana and Georgia and bloomed in New York’s downtown dance scene. She’s created a handful of productions in L.A., most of which have flown under the radar while generating a buzz among the cognoscenti.
Sounds like a great way to close a Sunday afternoon, with the sun lower in the sky but the weather still warm. Please note: promotional materials say audience members will be reimbursed the $6 parking expense, so it really will be FREE (can’t beat that price!)
