Luxury Chocolate Salon
Chocoholic? Know one? Today is the L.A. Luxury Chocolate Salon, which brings dozens of chocolatiers to the newly-renovated Pasadena Convention Center. Taste and learn, and shop. Enjoy panels, screenings, demonstrations, and chatting with the chocolate makers. Entry includes all tastings. 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.; $25 at the door.

Wilentz will be on hand to talk about his book and sign copies today at Book Soup in West Hollywood at 5 p.m. Free.

Old Pasadena Cultural Dance Festival
Dances from around the world will be performed at the first ever Old Pasadena Cultural Dance Festival taking place at Memorial Park and Lineage Performing Arts Center in Old Pasadena. This free festival of multi-cultural costume, music and movement will feature dance troupes performing traditional Mexican, Russian, African, Irish, Spanish Flamenco, East Indian and Chinese dance amongst others. 1-6 p.m. at both locations.
