TV Junkie: The NBC Comedy Lineup - Weak or Strong?
NBC's "Community" airs at 8pm tonight and it's one of our favorites - like it or not? Tell us.
"Community" - We're solid fans and think that a cast that has Chevy Chase as its weakest link is something to contend with. Creator Dan Harmon is a genius who makes every episode stand on its own.
"30 Rock" - Is there anything funnier at 8:30pm on a Thursday? Tell us. The fast pace keeps us going and we think the Academy should just give Alec Baldwin his own special Emmy every year.
"The Office" - The show that's like a pair of old and comfortable shoes. The music intro in the premiere was invigorating but we wonder if there's still life enough in this paper company.
"Outsourced" - We didn't care for this show because of the writing and acting, not because of the subject matter. It's still a treat to see Diedrich Bader but we don't think it has much else going for it. Disagree?

Speaking of NBC, Mindy Kaling aka Kelly Kapoor and her compatriots from "The Office" have a new project along the lines of last season's very funny "Subtle Sexuality", it's called "The 3rd Floor". The web series begins on October 21st, but you can see a preview clip at the end of this post.
If you're a fan of Syfy's "Caprica" you'll be psyched about the season 1 DVD release on October 5th. We've got a promo clip at the end of this post for you to check out.
