Body Found in Burning Car Under 101 Freeway in Studio City

Human remains were discovered inside a vehicle that had been left burning underneath the 101 Freeway in Studio City. The LAFD responded to the fire call just after 3 this morning, and found the "dark colored 1989 Toyota Camry" parked on Radford Avenue at Hortense under the overpass, according to a live report on KTLA. The body was discovered once the blaze was extinguished, and the LAPD subsequently notified. The authorities have "determined that the death was of a suspicious nature," however no information about the identity of the corpse is known.
